Refund Policy
We want you to confident with your investment decisions to enroll in Client Creator Playbook (the “Program”). That’s why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee for the Program as set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
We played all out when creating this course and expect you to do the same. So if you do all the assigned work and don’t feel like it worked for you or that we failed on our promises, we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us.
Do not join this course if you just want to look around, not do the work, and then ask for a refund. This course is for serious coaches only.
Deadline to Apply for Refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit all your completed coursework (to make sure you gave it your all) with your refund request within 30 days of the first module “Plan Your Challenge” being released.
Refund Request. Refund requests must be sent to christie@christiemiller.com by the 30th day at 6:00 pm Pacific time.
Coursework Submission. You must submit ALL of the following items in order to qualify for a refund:
Failure to submit ALL the coursework, or submitting AFTER the due date, will result in your refund request being denied.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
If you receive a refund pursuant to this money-back guarantee, your right to use any of the Program materials will terminate. You agree to immediate cease using the materials and shall destroy all printed materials and delete all downloads in your possession.
Tuition
Tuition for the MVP level of Client Creator Playbook is due in full to reserve one of the two remaining openings.
You are responsible for the full amount of the 12-month mentorship program regardless of your participation level.
Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the content, recordings, methods or other materials related to this course.
Release Authorization
By enrolling in the Program, you hereby grant permission to Christie Miller and her company EatTrainWin, LLC the right of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape, and any social media posts you voluntarily share inside Client Creator Playbook Facebook group, The Health Coaches Club Facebook group, Coach Christie Miller’s Facebook page or on other social media platforms without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image, audio or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.
Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts or recording.
Photographic, audio or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising. There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing this course, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.
