All purchases are non-refundable except as stated below.

Refund Policy

You may participate in the Client Creator Playbook (“Playbook”) fully for the first 3 sessions. If you do all the assigned work and don’t get value, we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us pursuant to these Terms & Conditions subject to the following conditions:

  • Deadline to Apply for Refund. To be eligible for a refund for the May 2019 course, you must submit all your completed course work (to make sure you gave it your all) and your refund request by 4:00 pm Pacific time on June 5th, 2019.
  • Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request. Please do not enroll in Playbook if you just want to play around. We played all out when creating this course and expect you to do the same.

The VIP UPGRADE for the Client Creator Playbook and PLAYBOOK LIFER PASS are non-refundable.

Tuition

Tuition options for the Client Creator Playbook are:

  • 1 payment due today, or
  • 4 equal monthly payments first payment due today with 3 equal payments every 30 days.

If a payment fails or is declined, we will automatically process the charge again and contact you if subsequent attempts fail.

If payment has not been received within 72 hours of contact, we reserve the right to temporarily remove you from the program until funds are received.

You are responsible for the full amount of the program regardless of your participation level.

Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the content, recordings, methods or other materials related to this course.

Release Authorization

By enrolling in the Playbook, you hereby grant permission to Christie Miller and her company EatTrainWin, LLC the right of your image, in video or still photograph, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape, and any social media posts you voluntarily share inside Client Creator Playbook Facebook group, The Health Coaches Club Facebook group, Coach Christie Miller’s Facebook page without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image, audio or posts may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears.

Additionally, you waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image, posts or recording.

Photographic, audio or video recordings, as well as Facebook group posts may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: Presentations, Courses, Online / Internet videos, Media, News or Press, Promotions or online advertising. There is no limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.

You acknowledge that you have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. By purchasing this course, you hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational or promotional purposes.
